Since 1977, Walsh has served as The Standard’s primary construction team with 288 projects completed or in progress throughout the northwest, for a total of nearly $60 million. Walsh led their facilities upgrade project performing full renovations and MEP upgrades to 24 floors within two high-rise towers in the downtown core. We have also added new conference centers,
tenant lounges, fitness centers with adjoining locker/shower facilities, and bike storage rooms within each of the high-rises. More recently, we refreshed the lobby in the 900 SW 5th tower in downtown Portland.
