The Abigail is a 155-unit mixed-income project with 127 affordable apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom for families earning 30% to 60% of Median Family Income. Located at the north end of the Pearl District, the Abigail is composed of two six-story buildings linked by a transparent bridge accessible on every level. The layout of the building allows for four distinct outdoor spaces which present both public and semi-private courtyards. The project features retail and community spaces at ground level and includes a landscaped courtyard, children’s play area, community room, laundry rooms on each floor, secure bicycle parking, and underground car parking.
