Gardner House
The 108,000-square-foot project contains 95 affordable one and two-bedroom homes for families experiencing homelessness or with low incomes
Gardner House is a transit-oriented, eight-story, affordable housing community in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighborhood—just one block away from the Mount Baker Link Light Rail Station, two blocks from a King County Metro bus transit hub, and less than three miles from downtown. In addition, there is a stunning, seven-story floral mural painted by Tacoma-based artist, Kenji Stoll.
The 108,000-square-foot project contains 95 affordable one and two-bedroom homes for families experiencing homelessness or with low incomes. At ground level, 8,200 square feet of space is dedicated to Allen Community Center, a Family Resource Center serving Seattle-area families with children experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
