This most recent project with eliseo, a Life Plan Community based in Tacoma, expanded their Tacoma campus to hold 91 new independent living homes: 41 new condo-style villas and 50 new apartments ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom units, additional parking, and landscaping improvements. Each new home features fully equipped modern kitchens and high-quality finishes. Residents have access to on-site health services in addition to all the common areas and amenities on eliseo’s existing campus. These two new buildings both obtained a Built Green 4-Star certification on the 2017 new construction multifamily checklist using a variety of different green building strategies.
We previously built two projects expanding housing options and services for eliseo residents: North Ridge Memory Care Living, a single-story wood-frame addition, and the two-story Chihuly Family Art Center-Arneklev Garden with classrooms, a creative arts space, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and a garden area.
