Cedar Crossing is an affordable, multifamily, mixed-use community adjacent to Roosevelt Light Rail Station in north Seattle. Built of Types III and V wood frame over Type I concrete, the project’s 292,000 square feet include two buildings—seven and eight stories, respectively. The project comprises 254 residential units, 15,000 square feet for retail, below-grade parking, indoor and outdoor community spaces, an early learning facility, and a public right-of-way through the site. The resulting large-scale project is a high-quality, family-focused building with easy access to public transit.
