• Include all equipment required for material handling and worker access.

• Evaluate inflation risk through planned project start.
• Commercial Activity Tax (CAT)

Hillsboro Year-Round Shelter

LOCATION: 315 SW 17th Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97123

DESCRIPTION: New construction of a houseless shelter campus providing indoor and outdoor amenities for 75 campus residents, full time and part-time staff members and visiting medical services. The campus includes a 1 story building providing congregate shelter sleeping for 35 residents, hygiene/dining/lounge/laundry facilities for all campus residents and staff, staff support spaces and multi-purpose meeting rooms. 40 individual sleeping units will be constructed on site intended for a mix of single and partnered residents and accompanying pets. Exterior site development provides parking for 28 vehicles, drop off and loading zones for food delivery and medical vans, outdoor gathering spaces for smoking and non-smoking communities, courtyards and plazas for outdoor dining, landscaping for trauma-informed care and dog runs for resident and pet recreation.
