Ted has worked on numerous large-scale housing developments since he joined Walsh in 2000. These include the mixed-use Summit Building, which was phase one of the Bay Vista development in Bremerton; and UW’s Nordheim Court student housing. Ted leads the critical path scheduling on his projects and always maintains a smooth construction flow by creating a thoughtful, logical schedule agreed to and understood by subcontractors. By creating consensus among all players to achieve a common goal, Ted develops an environment where all trades can achieve success. He is also skilled in highly effective coordination, jobsite safety and quality control. Ted’s safety record is among the best in the company. He will be onsite to direct and coordinate all efforts in the field.
