Peter Zatsko

Superintendent

Peter has over a decade of construction experience on complex urban housing projects. He’s managed a range of construction types, including wood frame over concrete, concrete and steel. Peter’s recent work includes a $50 million student housing development for University of Washington with 357 units; and a 113-unit apartment complex in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle with underground parking that serves three new buildings. Peter brings strong field management skills on multifamily residential projects, including publicly funded affordable housing and mixed-use development. His responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, subcontractor and job coordination, safety, quality control, and direct labor activity coordination.
