Brian Layman

Project Manager

Brian is an exceptional planner who excels in both wood and concrete construction and has a Construction Engineering Management degree from Oregon State University. As project manager, Brian has responsibility for a variety of duties including preconstruction services, client relations, estimating and budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor selection and coordination. He brings a wealth of experience in the coordination and turnover of mixed-use projects. He possesses an excellent ability to create, communicate and execute complex and demanding schedules. During construction, Brian will lead the team to achieve all project goals related to safety, schedule, budget, quality, and sustainable construction. Brian will assist in preconstruction efforts, implement budget and subcontractor selection.
