We are searching for our next Project Administrator to support our Seattle and Tacoma offices. This position provides administrative support to project managers as well as managing project documentation while providing a high level of customer service to the project teams and our customers/clients. In addition, this role will support teams in matters related to prevailing wage requirements and certified payroll reporting.

Our Project Engineers assist project teams with completing assignments in compliance with established policies and procedures, organizing and communicating information within the project team, and delivering a high level of service to our customers/contacts. This is a position with large growth potential within our firm.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Seattle office. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record across all aspects of project management, including estimating, documentation, owner and architect coordination, cost control, problem-solving, and project closeout.
